Cozy up with a cup of houjicha "hot cocoa" this winter season. Our houjicha powder, which has sweet notes of cocoa and toasted almonds, makes a deliciously decadent cup of "hot cocoa"!
Makes 1 serving
2 tsp houjicha powder
1 cup milk of choice
1.5 tsp sugar
1. Warm up milk (not boiling).
2. Whisk or stir houjicha powder with 1/4 cup of the milk that you warmed up.
3. Combine houjicha mixture with the rest of milk and sugar. Froth everything up.
4. Top with marshmallows and enjoy!
